Many Home Watch company owners bring with them previous business experience. Steve Rachlin, owner of Royal Palm Home Watch, is no exception. While living in Philadelphia, PA, with his wife Nancy and their two sons, Steve owned and operated one of the larger security companies in the Philadelphia area for 25 years. Steve started the business with his brother and over the years it kept growing. They can attribute their growth to a strong commitment to paying attention to their client’s needs, anticipating problem situations before they turned into emergencies, and going above and beyond what was expected.

After many years of dealing with the northern winters, Steve and Nancy decided to relocate to warm and sunny Florida. They were seasonal residents of Naples for several years and now are proud to call this area their permanent home. In their 38 years of marriage, his wife’s nickname for Steve has been “Mr. Check-It”. This lead Steve to learn more about becoming a Home Watch Professional.

Steve decided to team up with Diane at Your Home Watch Professionals and is a graduate of the Home Watch Training Program.  He learned how to perform an exceptional home watch visit and the value of ongoing education. Royal Palm Home Watch is a real deal home watch business in Southwest Florida.

Steve has been providing peace of mind to his clients up north since 1990 and now he is excited to provide the same feeling of security to his seasonal clients in Florida.  Allow “Mr. Check-It” and Royal Palm Home Watch to care for your home knowing that the services offered may be the difference between damage and disaster.

You will find Steve watching over homes in The Vineyards, Island Walk, Village Walk, Tarpon Bay, Ibis Cove and nearby communities.

Each Affiliate Business, of Your Home Watch Professionals®, is independently owned and operated. They are insured, bonded, passed a background check and take part in continuous training.
