Last year, I interviewed with a Seasonal Resident but did not get hired. I just received a call because they came home to hurricane panels still on the windows, one (of 4) air conditioners not operating, water damage and a rat in the attic. Five, of their 10, days in Naples were spent coordinating and waiting for vendors.
